San Francisco — THE FURTH FIRM LLP announces that a settlement has been reached with the Zurich Insurer Defendants in In re Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation that will provide for the payment of at least $121.8 million to the Settlement Class Members. This proposed settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Court, and the Court has scheduled a final approval hearing for January 26, 2007.
