Tom Dove has practiced law for over thirty-six years, twenty-eight of
which were in the California Attorney General's Office, including fifteen years
in the Antitrust Section, Public Rights Division, and ten years as
Supervising Deputy Attorney General, Antitrust, San Francisco.
Tom has served as co-lead counsel in numerous antitrust class actions,
including In re Petroleum Products Antitrust Litigation (9th Cir. 1990)
906 F.2d 432, and In re Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation,
MDL 1030, M.D. Fla. He served as lead investigative and discovery counsel and
co-lead trial counsel in Hartford Fire Ins. Co. v. California,
509 U.S. 764 (1993). He served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman,
Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine.
Since joining The Furth Firm in 2001, Tom has served as lead, co-lead, trial
and lead arbitration counsel in various federal and state antitrust matters
including In re Microcrystalline Cellulose Antitrust Litigation,
MDL 1402, E.D. Pa. and In re High Pressure Laminates Antitrust
Litigation, MDL 1368, S.D.N.Y.
Tom is currently co-lead counsel in such antitrust class actions
as Reed v. Advocate Health Care, et al., N.D. Ill. (The Furth Firm is
also co-lead in four other nurse wages cases); In re Intel Corp. Microprocessor
Antitrust Litig., MDL 171 (D. Del.); and In re Publication Paper Antitrust
Litig., MDL 1631 (D. Conn.).
